Membership Agreement

On the "Free Membership" page, the information is completely filled in and the next step is passed

Enter the password you specify in the corresponding field. In your next member login, you will need to enter this password and your email.

If you do not enter your e-mail address because the member login is done by e-mail and password, your membership will not be realized.

You can sign up by clicking on the "I read and agree to the agreement" box and click on the "Complete Membership" button.

 If you are allowing privacy policy, use of personal data - processing, and sending commercial electronic messages to your party, you can check the relevant box. When you click on the specified expression, you can see its content. Later, if you do not want to send commercial electronic messages, you can take the appropriate action outlined in the forwarded messages. You can also access the information on this page by clicking "Privacy Rules - Personal Data and Communications" from the menu on the left side of the page.

If you get any error message during your dosimpak.com membership process, you can press "undo" button.

When you want to change your membership information, you can proceed to item 3 in the Member Login below.

When you complete your membership process, we will send the Membership Information Agreement (in form-text) to the e-mail address you provided at Membership Information. A text such as a "special" (entered as information for the party) contract document may not be maintained separately in our Company's systems.
